Are nuts good for you?
While the total fat content of nuts is high, the type of fat is mostly unsaturated - the 'good' kind; comprising of monounsaturated or polyunsaturated fat. Also containing protein and fibre, nuts can assist in a 'fuller' feeling, therefore more easily controlling hunger.
Do nuts contain cholesterol?
The great news is that nuts, seeds, and dried fruit are Cholesterol FREE.

Do nuts purchased at a Nutshack store have more freshness, than other standard packaged Nuts that are commonly available?
Nutshack stores order new stock on a weekly basis, guaranteeing you will receive the freshest nuts. Our bulk packs are packed on-site from the same fresh stock. You can't compare this freshness to pre-packed products that sit in warehouses, before they even hit the shelves!
Do nuts vary in quality?
Yes there are various grades of nuts available. Nutshack always aims to buy the superior grade product when available.
I have noticed you have a very large range of nuts, dried fruit, confectionery and chocolate. How do you determine what products to make available?
Nutshack has a bigger range than what our stores can physically carry. Each store is able to make range decisions, based on the customer needs in their area. If there is a product that you can't find, please discuss it with your local store as they may be able to source it for you.
Do you cook the nuts on-site at your retail outlets?
Some nuts are delivered pre-cooked, but we do cook on site. In this manner you are guaranteed maximum freshness.
I have noticed that Nutshack sells Hampers. If I want to order one,
what should I do?
