Nutshack Franchising Pty Ltd complies with the National Privacy Principles of the Privacy Act 1998. We take Privacy seriously and any information that is collected about our customers, franchisees and employees is gathered with respect and managed responsibly.
Customers
Nutshack Franchising Pty Ltd conducts regular product promotions, online surveys and loyalty promotions. By participating in these activities customers are sometimes asked to provide standard information including their name, address, phone numbers and email address. This information may then be used for direct marketing proposes and it also provides Nutshack the opportunity to continue to provide outstanding goods and services.
Franchisees
Nutshack Franchising Pty Ltd is required to collect personal and sensitive information as part of the application and discovery process of becoming a Nutshack Franchisee. Written consent is requested from all applicants for Nutshack Franchising Pty Ltd to verify the accuracy of the information. This will be the only time that the company may disclose information to any third party. Applicants do not have to provide such information but it may hinder the application process. If the application is successful all personal information is part of ongoing franchisee records. If the application is unsuccessful all information provided to Nutshack Pty Ltd will be returned or destroyed.
