Terms and conditions for 2013 Christmas Hamper Competition
1. Customers have an opportunity to win one of five $100 customised Nutshack Hampers in the $100 Christmas Hamper Competition.
2. The $100 Christmas Hamper Competition commences on the 27th November 2013 and concludes on the 19th December 2013.
3. To the enter $100 Christmas Hamper Competition, customers must visit any Nutshack store during the $100 Christmas Hamper Competition period and spend a minimum of $5 in a single transaction.
4. All customers who spend over $5 in a single transaction will be given a $100 Christmas Hamper Competition entry form.
5. Only one $100 Christmas Hamper Competition entry form per transaction will be given, irrespective of the transaction value.
6. Customers must complete the $100 Christmas Hamper Competition entry form and place it into the competition entry box, located by the store register.
7. Incomplete, illegible or indecipherable entries are not eligible to win.
8. Winners will be drawn on the 19th December 2013 and will be contacted and announced on the 20th December 2013.
9. Any winner who is unable to be contacted will be reselected.
10. To claim prizes the winner will be e-mailed their voucher, which can then be used at their local Nutshack store in order to create their customized hamper up to the value of $100.
11. Winners must present their voucher and identification before claiming their prize.
12. Winning vouchers will be valid until 31st March 2014.
13. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and no refunds will be provided if the hamper value falls below $100.
14. All winners agree to have their photo taken with their prize and which may be used for promotional purposes.
15. The voucher will be valid until 31st March 2014.
16. The decision of Nutshack Franchising Pty Ltd’s Managing Director is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
